Clear information about personal data, providers and your rights.

This notice covers browsing padelsportglobal.com and contacting PadelSport Global. The operator and controller is Péter Bocskai, based at Sudár utca 5., 8200 Veszprém, Hungary. Privacy enquiries and rights requests: hello@padelsportglobal.com. The project currently does not operate as a company.
This notice describes the current public website. Before introducing user accounts, booking, payment or newsletter services, their processing must be assessed and this notice updated.
The contact builder keeps your chosen interest, country, service, organisation and message in browser memory and prepares an email draft. It does not submit these fields to a website database. The application does not deliberately persist the draft in browser storage; your browser may retain page state according to its own settings. Opening the draft passes its contents to your email application; sending is your choice.
Once you send an email, the operator receives its sender information, content and attachments. Rackhost hosts the hello@padelsportglobal.com mailbox. Your email application and provider apply their own privacy rules. Contacting us is voluntary and is not a statutory or contractual obligation for browsing the website. Without a reply address or sufficient information to understand your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.
Please include only necessary information. Do not send passwords, card details, identity-document copies or sensitive personal information in introductory messages.
The operator accesses correspondence to answer enquiries. Technical providers handle data needed for their services. Personal data is not sold by PadelSport Global or used by it to enrol correspondents in marketing lists. Where required by law, relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities; professional advisers may receive information necessary for a specific legal matter.
A provider may act as a processor for customer data and independently as controller for its own account administration, billing or service-generated data. Its privacy notice does not replace this notice. Subprocessors and processing details are described in the provider documents linked below.
The portfolio's domains are registered through Rackhost Zrt. and DotRoll Kft. Registration concerns domain use and administration, not automatic website activation. Registrars process the registrant's information under their registration obligations. Registering a domain does not mean that visitor messages are stored by that registrar or that it is responsible for all website processing.
Vercel and Render are US companies. International content delivery, provider access and subprocessors may involve processing outside the EEA. The Render API services are configured in Frankfurt; this does not establish that every related datum remains in the EU.
The providers' published notices describe participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Transfers to a US recipient covered by a valid DPF certification may rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision, within that certification's scope. Where an adequacy decision does not cover the transfer, appropriate safeguards are required; the providers' processing agreements include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) where applicable. A US address or an EU server location alone does not establish the applicable transfer mechanism. Copies or references to the relevant safeguards can be requested at hello@padelsportglobal.com; provider documents are linked below.
International infrastructure processing concerns website-delivery and security data, such as IP addresses and request metadata. The contact builder does not send its draft fields to Vercel or Render as an enquiry submission; messages you choose to send by email are received in the Rackhost-hosted mailbox described in this notice. Vercel Inc. and Render Services, Inc. are the US infrastructure recipients identified below. Their processing and subprocessor documents describe the applicable international arrangements; information and copies or references to safeguards relevant to your data can be requested from the operator.
Enquiries are kept while the discussion is open. After closure, retention is assessed against a concrete follow-up, an ongoing agreement or a specific legal claim. Correspondence no longer needed for these purposes is deleted. Mandatory legal retention, if applicable, takes precedence. Merely possible future cooperation is not a reason for indefinite retention.
The contact builder does not deliberately store the draft in permanent browser storage. The browser may retain page state according to its own settings. If you open the draft in an email application, further retention follows that application's settings and your choices. Deleting an operational email copy does not necessarily remove backup copies immediately; those follow the provider's backup and deletion cycle.
Technical-log retention depends on the service and subscription and follows each provider's rolling retention and deletion rules. For fault diagnosis and website security, the operator uses log information while it is needed to investigate and resolve a specific technical issue or security event. Evidence required for a specific legal claim may be kept while that claim or a binding legal obligation requires it. Provider-controlled security and service records follow the purposes and retention criteria in the provider's own notice. The linked provider documents explain those policies; you can ask the operator for information about the processing relevant to your visit.
Privacy-request records are kept while resolving the request and while a specific complaint, obligation or claim requires evidence of that resolution; unnecessary identity material is removed once verification is complete.
The reviewed public website code includes no optional advertising or analytics integration. Technical security mechanisms can operate through the hosting infrastructure. The Cookie Notice explains the current position. Optional tracking requiring consent must not be activated before the necessary information and choice are provided.
The introductory video is delivered by this website. Social icons link to external services rather than embedding their feeds. After following a link, the external service applies its own privacy rules.
The website is served over HTTPS. Protection also depends on the operator's access management and the providers' contracted controls. Provider certifications apply to the providers and their certified scope; they are not PadelSport certifications. The operator must maintain measures appropriate to the data and risks.
The public website does not make decisions about visitors producing legal or similarly significant effects through automated decision-making or profiling.
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your personal data. The right to object to legitimate-interest processing is explained separately below. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Portability applies to automated processing based on consent or contract; deletion is subject to applicable legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Send requests to hello@padelsportglobal.com. They are normally free and answered within one month. For complex or numerous requests, up to two further months may be needed, with reasons communicated during the first month. Necessary identity verification protects against unauthorised disclosure. Any refusal will be explained together with complaint and judicial-remedy options.
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests. Send your objection to hello@padelsportglobal.com. We will cease the processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. During assessment, you may request restriction in accordance with the GDPR.
You may contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu. The authority states that proceedings cannot be initiated by ordinary email; use its published submission procedures. You may also complain to another competent supervisory authority or seek a judicial remedy.
This notice is reviewed when the processing changes. A changed purpose, new provider or new feature will be explained before the relevant processing starts. The revision date records the text version; it does not claim certification of legal compliance.
