The founder’s role and responsibility

PadelSport Global was conceived and created by Péter Bocskai. He regards developing the initiative and organising its operation as a long-term responsibility. For him, the work of a founder is an opportunity to turn an idea into a useful, valuable and continually evolving network for others.

The greatest joy and pride in this work can come from results that make a difference in participants’ lives: a new connection, an opportunity to introduce themselves, support for an initiative or a new path opening up for a community.

The founder’s role is to create conditions in which other people’s knowledge, work and values can flourish.

A shared framework, local voices

The network’s global structure is intended to enable countries, capitals, states, cities and other local communities to introduce themselves within a recognisable shared system while retaining their own character.

The people who live in a place have the closest understanding of its everyday life, culture, sport and social issues. Their experiences, stories and initiatives can give each local platform its substance. Local contributors are therefore valued participants in shaping the network’s development.

The founder sees people joining from different parts of the world as collaborators in a shared endeavour. Mutual respect, voluntary participation, clearly defined roles and responsibility for agreed tasks provide the foundation for working together.

Local publishing can become available gradually, alongside the necessary development, verification of permissions and establishment of shared editorial rules. A geographical network does not in itself mean that every location has an active editorial team or an official partnership.

Visibility for people and communities

The network aims to provide opportunities to showcase local padel, clubs, sports federations, cultural values, talented individuals and everyday role models. It also seeks to draw attention to social issues whose understanding and resolution may benefit from visibility, dialogue and cooperation.

This approach rests on respect for every person’s dignity, regardless of age, gender, origin, nationality, religion, worldview, ability or financial circumstances. Opportunities to be heard are especially important for people and communities that receive less international attention.

PadelSport Global’s community perspective takes shape through participation and the value created together. The network provides space and opportunities to connect; the people involved enrich its content and significance.

Giving contributions the recognition they deserve

The contributions of companies, partners, supporters and professional collaborators can help sustain the network, promote sport and advance community goals.

The founder’s intention is that communication about shared programmes, events and achievements should give particular attention to the people and organisations whose work, knowledge or support made them possible. Their contributions should be visible, their roles accurately described and their recognition worthy of the work accomplished together.

The form and extent of visibility are set out in agreements appropriate to each collaboration. The presentation of partnerships and support is based on actual cooperation and agreed contributions.

Sustainable operation, community purpose

The founder seeks to establish an economically sustainable operation that creates valuable services and collaborations, provides for the network’s reliable upkeep and enables support for its social goals.

Successful operation serves the long-term mission. In line with the founding commitment, the initiative intends to devote a significant share of its profits to community and charitable purposes connected with sport and its areas of social responsibility.

Shared technology and thoughtful organisation are intended to reduce duplicated development and maintenance work. Careful, responsible financial management can leave more resources for content quality, assistance for participants and the initiatives selected for support.

Support is guided by actual needs, feasibility and available resources. Commitments, completed contributions and verifiable results should be clearly distinguished and presented in documented reports.

Responsible cooperation

PadelSport Global respects the sporting governance responsibilities and authority of FIP and national padel federations. It defines its own role through information, relationship building, opportunities for visibility and community value connected with sport.

Its approach is guided by political and ideological neutrality, cultural openness and non-discrimination. Trust is built on accurate information, respect for participants’ rights and consistent fulfilment of commitments.

This statement sets out the founding perspective and the direction of the initiative’s development. Detailed conditions for individual services, permissions and collaborations are established in separate policies and agreements.

How success is measured

For the founder, the most important measure of success is how many opportunities PadelSport Global creates for others, the valuable collaborations it helps bring to life and its contribution to the development of people and communities.

The network’s future is shaped by the people who bring it to life through their knowledge, attention and participation.
